***Schedule Change*** - The Mocs match against Western Carolina has officially moved to 6:00 p.m. at the Strang Voges Tennis Center at the McCallie School on Saturday, April 7.
The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's tennis team hosts Western Carolina for a Southern Conference match this weekend. Weather could play a factor in time and location, so be sure to check the women's tennis schedule page on GoMocs.com and the women's tennis twitter account @GoMocsWTEN.
For now, the match is scheduled for a 2:00 p.m. (E.D.T.) start at the Champions Club in Chattanooga. A link for live scoring is available on the women's tennis schedule page on GoMocs.com. If it rains, look for the match to move to McCallie's Strang-Voges Tennis Center at 6:00 p.m.
The Mocs bring a 7-6 overall record, including a 2-2 mark in SoCon matches. Western Carolina is 9-7 overall and 2-3 in league play. UTC is 28-0 all-time against the Catamounts.
Freshman Emma Van Hee leads the team with seven singles wins in the spring. She holds a 7-3 mark, including a 4-0 tally at No. 5. Freshman Bogdana Zaporozhets has won two of her last three singles matches and is 2-2 in SoCon action.
