SPARTANBURG, S.C. (March 4, 2026) --- Following a stellar 2025-26 regular season, Chattanooga Mocs men's basketball junior guard Jordan Frison has been named to the All-Southern Conference Third Team as the league announced its postseason awards Wednesday afternoon ahead of the upcoming conference tournament in Asheville.
 
Frison finished the season ranked ninth in the SoCon in scoring average (16.4 PPG) and finished fourth among qualified candidates in field-goal percentage (55.9%), a total that currently ranks 52^nd across all of NCAA DI. The point guard finished the regular season campaign fifth in the league in assists-per-game (3.9) and 10^th in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.31).
 
Following a season-high 33 points during Saturday's win over VMI, Frison surpassed 500 points on the season (509) to become the 25^th different Moc in program history to score 500+ within a single season. He's just one of eight SoCon individuals with 500+ points this season while his 509 total ranks seventh among the eight candidates.
 
The Memphis, Tenn., native scored 20+ points in 10 games this season including a stretch of four-straight during a string of non-conference tilts in December. He posted 11 games with at least 10 points and five assists this season and finished the final seven games with a combined 29 assists to just eight turnovers (3.63 A/TO ratio).
