Georgia Tech Final Results

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. --- The Chattanooga outdoor track and field team closed out the UAH Rocket City Invitational with a personal best and nine Top 20 finishes.

Norah Haney placed 20^th overall in the 200 meter race with a personal best time of 27.59. Ava McGue placed 15^th in the race with a time of 26.68 and took seventh in the 400 meter dash with a time of 59.76.

Kolbee Webb placed 14^th in the race and Aalvinee Torrance finished at 1:05.07. Torrance ran the 200 meter in a time of 27.13 and edged out Webb who placed 18^th with a time of 27.17.

In the men's race, Riley Hanson, running his first outdoor 800 meter run, clocked a time of 1:58.97. Cash Coggin (2:00.40) and Ian Etheridge (2:00.78) were next across the line for UTC.

ATLANTA, Ga. --- Ryleigh Simmons continues to push her boundaries, getting closer and closer to the Chattanooga program record in the 200 meter. She finished Saturday with a PR time of 24.46, placing 18^th overall at the Georgia Tech Invitational.

Halle Carden posted a 1.62 meters in the high jump invite competition while Maddie Wheatcroft (2:17.74) and Taylor Crawford (2:20.87) faced strong competition in the 800 meter run.
