KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - The Chattanooga Volleyball team finished its spring schedule on Saturday, playing three matches at K2 Volleyball Club in Knoxville.Â
Playing with a limited roster, the Mocs fell to Eastern Kentucky and ETSU, before splitting two sets with Belmont.Â
"Despite having three starters on the floor from last season, we had players in other positions and playing different roles than they were asked to last season," said Head Coach
Julie Torbett Thomas. "Spring is the time to try new things and you may get a little worse before you get better."
In Chattanooga's seven-match spring season, it won three, lost two, and tied two. The Mocs now have their eyes set on finalizing their roster before the upcoming fall season with the upcoming Transfer Portal set to open May 1 and any remaining high school seniors.Â
