Lawrence, Vale Earn OVC Co-Pair of the Week Honors

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. - The Ohio Valley Conference announced Chattanooga Beach Volleyball juniors, Julia Lawrence and Corina Vale, as Co-Pair of the Week. Them alongside UT Martin's Kayla Bryant and Riley Rushing earn the final weekly award of the 2026 season. In total, Chattanooga won four weekly awards this season, more than any other school in the league.

This comes after the duo went a perfect 4-0 on Court 2 at the OVC Weekend at Morehead State, helping the Sandys Mocs clinch their third consecutive OVC Regular Season Championship. The pair won eight of the nine sets they played in.

Vale has now won this award five times in her career, after winning four times previously with Neva Clark across the 2024 and 2025 seasons. This is Lawrence's first time winning Pair of the Week honors.

The pair returns to the sand on Thursday for the First Round of the OVC Tournament, hosted by UT Martin. Chattanooga plays at 3 p.m. against the winner of Morehead State and Eastern Illinois.
