Brianna Sanders

Brianna Sanders begins her third season with Chattanooga as the Director of Women's Basketball Operations.

She is a 2014 graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in African and African American Studies. She played for the Buckeyes and current UTC head coach Jim Foster from 2009-11 before tearing her ACL for a third time, ending her playing career at the end of her sophomore year. She became a student coach for the remainder of her time at Ohio State.

The Buckeyes claimed the Big Ten regular season title once in her time at Ohio State and twice won the Big Ten Tournament title.

In the 2013-14 season, Brianna was an assistant coach for the Reynoldsburg High School girls’ varsity basketball team in Columbus, Ohio. The team finished with a 23-5 record and won the Ohio Capital Conference (OCC) title and went on to claim the district title. Reynoldsburg went on to place runner-up in the region tournament.

Brianna, a 2009 graduate of Princeton High School,  is from Cincinnati, Ohio. She is the daughter of Carmen and Steven Sanders and has an older sister Tanisha Warmington, one younger brother, Robert Tubbs and two younger sisters SaSha and Serenity Sanders.
