CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. --- The Chattanooga women's soccer team will travel to Charleston, S.C., for a Friday morning matchup against The Citadel before heading to Mercer Sunday, closing out its first road trip in Southern Conference action.

After one weekend of play, the Mocs are sitting in a tie with Mercer for second in the SoCon standings with 1-0-1 record. Samford, with back-to-back wins last weekend, leads the league at 2-0.

MOCS vs. BULLDOGS
Chattanooga holds a 13-5-1 advantage against The Citadel including a current six-game win streak, all under current head coach Gavin McKinney. Four of the last five were by shutout and one match was a win in double overtime. On the road, UTC is 5-2-1 against the Bulldogs and 1-0 in a regular season neutral match that was moved out of Charleston due to historic flooding in 2017.
